Topology and quantum phase transition is interesting topics in modern physics. In this talk, I will discuss several topological systems and topological phase transitions. First, I will discuss the topological solitons and related phenomena based on the topology and symmetry in quasi-1D electronic systems. Second, I will discuss the phase transition between the topological insulator and Dirac semimetal. Third, I will discuss the emergence of topological superconductivity in doped topological Dirac semimetal under phase transition. Finally, I will discuss the emergence of symmetry-protected Dirac semimetal under the correlation-induced phase transition.
